Our Wattle Grove office has been part of the shopping centre for 18 years and despite a devastating fire in late 2005 which saw our office being gutted and the real estate business being run on the barest of resources, we somehow survived, mostly due to some incredible staff who worked overtime. These incredible people were determined to be resilient and not see our agency go under.
Financially we kept our heads above water for two years whilst the shopping centre was rebuilt, it was a tough time but it seems we got the respect of many locals who even today associate us with being part of the fabric of the history of the Wattle Grove Shopping Centre.

The decision to open another office within the local area was prompted by the overwhelming demand for property where access to the M5 and the M7 meant that the distance to the Sydney CBD , Sydney Airport, Central Coast , Parramatta and the Hunter Valley was altered .Suddenly people and in particular working people were able to access global Sydney.
The suburbs Moorebank and Wattle Grove are actually on the doorstep of these connecting gateways. The Moorebank office quietly opened in 2012. Having a presence in the petite but thriving shopping centre of Moorebank was the initial goal but then we were lucky enough to have curious residents who strolled in, introduced themselves and asked about our perception on the current real estate market. Many had not discovered what was beyond Wattle Grove and did not know that these tiny South Western Suburbs were on the cusp of great suburban road connections.
